Rambunctious Bunch (Demo)
A downloadable virtual board game
This is a demo for a table top game turned into a video game meant to be played with friends in person or on a video call and originally developed for an arcade machine. This is class based fantasy strategy game akin to chess where you pick 5 pieces that you assemble from a selection of classic fantasy characters with different abilities, powers, and spells. This game rewards those who can master the action economy , strategy of team building, piece placement, and ability usage. Inspired heavily off of motley crews by _nubmark mixed with DnD turn based combat this game is available to be played locally with friends as a virtual board game and soon against bots. I'm the artist and game designer of this project and I'm funding it myself as this was initially just a spin off of motley crews but i wanted to get my name and game out there for people to enjoy
- Will soon to have fully modelled characters with animations and will add more characters based on community feedback.
- Plan to add a river map and other maps
- Plan to add gamemode vs. bots

also patch to fix occult blast to work like it does in tabletop and remove shield ability from knight coming this week
there is one major bug that i do know of that sometimes you won't be able to complete an action with a character switch character or end turn but the game isn't frozen its being worked on
